About Charlton Webber, PLLC

With a unique combination of commercial real estate and financial expertise, Charlton Webber, PLLC helps building owners, tenants, developers, property managers, and brokers reduce the time spent on unrealistic deliberations and efficiently negotiate contracts that lead to business and commercial success.

Charlton Webber, PLLC was founded by Janna Charlton Webber, an accomplished attorney who spent the early part of her career as a banking lawyer in corporate finance and asset securitizations. After a decade in commercial real estate law with some of the most prestigious firms in Houston, she founded Charlton Webber, PLLC to focus on telecommunications towers, easements, building-use agreements, and office and retail leasing.

The firm has experience with large-scale public utility divisions of generation and transmission facilities as well as representing developers in acquiring, managing, and developing office buildings, retail shopping centers, telecommunications towers, and industrial projects - including a project in Mexico.
